  1. Preheat the oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts:
    In a large mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.

  3. Roast the Brussels sprouts:
    Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  4. Toss in chili honey:
    Transfer the hot roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and toss with Gloria’s Shito Chili Honey until evenly coated.
