What you will need:

1. 2 lbs. chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
3. 1/2 cup cornstarch
4. 1 tsp baking powder
5. 1 tsp garlic powder
6. 1 tsp smoked paprika
7. 1 tsp salt
8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
9. Vegetable oil for frying
For the Chili Honey Glaze:
1. 1/3 cup Gloria’s Shito Chili Honey
2. 5 tbsp unsalted butter
3. 1 tbsp soy sauce
4. 1 tsp lime juice
5. 1/4 tsp Gloria’s Shito Shake & Sprinkle Dry Seasoning (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions:
1. Prep the wings. Pat your chicken wings dry with a paper towel. In a large bowl, mix
together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and
black pepper. Toss the wings in the dry mixture, ensuring an even coat.
2. Fry to golden perfection. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry the wings in batches for
8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on a wire rack or
paper towels to drain excess oil.
3. Make the glaze. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in Gloria’s Shito Chili Honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes (if using). Simmer for 2-3 minutes,
allowing the flavors to combine into a glossy glaze.
4. Coat the wings. Place the fried wings in a large bowl. Pour the warm chili honey glaze
over them and toss until every wing is beautifully coated.
