Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- Gloria's Shito Chili Oil
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water (1 tsp salt) and olive oil (2 Tbsp) to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
- Return pasta to pot and toss with olive oil to coat.
- Transfer spaghetti to serving bowls.
- Just before serving, drizzle 2 Tbsp Gloria's Shito directly onto each bowl of pasta.
- Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
